What I Ate Wednesday - November 16

Breakfast - Plain Fat Free Greek yogurt with strawberries, shredded coconut, slivered almonds, ground flaxseed

Lunch - Salad with grilled chicken, olives, and bleu cheese topped with 1 tbsp ranch dressing (I didn’t eat the egg)

Snacks 

  • Orange Banana smoothie - OJ, 1/2  banana, liquid multivitamins
  • 20 pistachios

Dinner - Pistachio Lemon Chicken with a garden salad with avocado and 1/2 tbsp ranch dressing

Dessert - Stonyfield Oikos Greek Yogurt with strawberries at the bottom (1 cup)
